Job description

We are an iGaming company that has been in existence for over 3 years, with a team of over 900 professionals. Our success in a highly competitive market is confirmed by our position in the TOP-5, and we are actively growing. We are looking for an experienced Head of PSP to join our team.

What experience is important to us:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech.

  • Understanding of the PSP industry and knowledge of effective channels for finding payment providers.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.

  • Experience in setting up payment processing from scratch and managing payment cascading.

  • Understanding of payment conversion principles.

  • Willingness to attend industry conferences.

  • Experience working with payment systems, understanding of payment gateways and processing systems

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling.

  • Management of a P2P payment system.

  • Setting up cascading and transaction routing in a Payment Hub.

What you will do:

  • Searching for and integrating PSP providers (CIS).

  • Conducting competitor analysis.

  • Controlling and optimizing payment conversion.

  • Monitoring the conversion performance of PSP providers.

  • Solving issues arising in the process of interacting with PSP providers.

  • Participating in industry conferences.

  • Managing a team.
