Creative Director

Etna Interactive, the online marketing agency of choice for the elective healthcare industry for more than 20 years, is seeking a visionary Creative Director* with at least 8 years of experience functioning in digital agency creative leadership. The Creative Director role at Etna Interactive works remotely* to shape web creative and campaigns, guide innovation, and spearhead results-driven marketing that aligns with client goals and regulatory standards.

What will you do as a Creative Director at Etna?

As a Creative Director, you will: 

  • Set the creative bar and help everyone live up to those world-class expectations.
  • Guide the creative process and help our remote team enjoy the benefits of working from home without losing the richness of robust collaboration.
  • Champion continuous improvement, contributing both leadership and time to understand and operationalize the impacts of evolutions in online marketing.
  • Inspire, mentor, and recruit top creative talent while fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with internal departments and represent the company at key conferences, client meetings, and seminars for seamless project execution.
  • And all the usual CD stuff.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in a Creative Director role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across multiple mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams, overseeing cohesive outputs in design and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of consumer psychology, search engine optimization, outbound and paid marketing is highly preferred..
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
