Job Title: Marketing Account Manager
Location:

Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Marketing Account Manager to manage client accounts and oversee digital marketing strategies, including ads management, SEO services, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be adept at handling client interactions, and demonstrate expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Conduct initial consultations to understand client goals and provide tailored marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular Zoom meetings and proactive communication.
  • Sales: Support the sales team in acquiring new business and closing deals.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute SEO strategies, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns tailored to client goals.
  • Content Creation: Utilize tools like Canva and Adobe to design visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns to engage and retain client audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and align with client expectations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance (outcomes, progress and ROI), offering insights and recommendations for optimization, both to the client and to the internal team
  • Notion Management: Track meetings, tasks, projects, and reports in Notion. Update Notion daily with all relevant client and project information. Maintain organization and clarity in all Notion workflows to ensure team alignment.


Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Skilled in Canva, Notion, and Adobe tools.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Expertise in email marketing and campaign optimization.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Clients report high satisfaction levels due to timely and effective communication.
  • Campaigns achieve or exceed performance benchmarks, such as CTR, ROI, and lead generation goals.
  • Creative assets and marketing strategies drive measurable growth for clients.
