Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in a marketing assistant or similar role focused on task execution rather than strategy. 
  • Proficiency with Google marketing products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office productivity tools.

Core responsibilities:

  • Carry out assigned marketing tasks, including campaign setup, content updates, and promotions. 
  • Use Google marketing products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) to implement and monitor marketing campaigns based on provided guidelines. 
  • Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple restaurant clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on hours, menus, special offers, and promotions. 
  • Execute tasks in the Google Ads UI, including setting up, monitoring, and making adjustments to campaigns as directed. 
  • Track ad performance and make necessary updates based on established goals.
  • Follow instructions to ensure advertising campaigns run smoothly and meet required standards. 
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing performance using pre-set templates, and share results with clients. 
  • Follow up on assigned tasks from team meetings, ensuring completion and keeping projects on schedule. 
  • Handle email management, including sending outreach emails using pre-designed templates, and following up as directed. 
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and billing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. 
  • Organize and maintain G Suite files, documents, and marketing assets.
