The role:
Supporting the sales team by identifying and generating new business opportunities and working to expand growth within their current customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Phone calls to customers & prospects to identify new opportunities
Using customer data and working with internal account managers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Booking visits with new and current customers to generate new leads and opportunities
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential customers
Working to keep customer information and data up to date within the Sales CRM and other tracking tools
Reports & KPI’s:
Number of customer calls made per month
Number of meetings booked per month
