How You'll Make An Impact At Reonic

We’re looking for passionate and driven Account Executive Poland to join us on a 2-month freelance project (with the potential to become a permanent position) to assess the expansion potential for the Polish market. Together, let’s harness the power of innovation to drive sustainable change and create a greener future!

What You Will Do

  • Explore the Polish market for renewable energy sales software to cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle, with a strong focus on conducting demos and closing deals
  • Monitor and report on the sales funnel with a focus on growth
  • Report directly to the headquarters in Germany

You will be great if you have

  • Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast-paced environments like startups/scale-ups, to drive the project independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage short sales cycles and conduct effective demo calls
  • Project management expertise and experience working on market expansions or AB testing outreach/marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other lead generation tools, with the ability to use data to identify trends
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (C2 level)
