Job description

We are looking for a Platform Account Manager to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Be responsible for the daily request made by our top merchants
  • Have monthly calls with clients to review performance and address their needs
  • Find out which are the suitable payment solutions and flows for each type of merchants
  • Prepare reports on account status per merchant
  • Work closely with sales team to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist merchants with challenging requests / issues as needed
  • Analyses performance: NOC type of alerts for underperforming and overperforming APMs
  • Detect growth opportunities / patterns on each different country we operate in & implement across merchants

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in Account Management, Sales or Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably
  • Excel skills - intermediate
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Proactive, teamwork, and service oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and has a strong customer orientation (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders of an organisation including executives and C-level
  • Experience working within the payments industry is a plus
  • Knowledge with tools such as Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Figma, Hubspot and MS Office
