Job description

Are you passionate about providing seamless, efficient recruitment experiences? Do you enjoy working collaboratively to ensure top-quality onboarding?

We’re looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to deliver an exceptional, end-to-end Bank onboarding experience for all candidates.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to understand regional demand and manage every aspect of the candidate journey, from attraction to first shift and beyond.

You will play a pivotal part in:

  • Screening suitable candidates.
  • Supporting candidates through interviews and compliance checks to become work-ready or talent pooled for future needs.
  • Offering clear, proactive guidance on requirements, ensuring a compliant and streamlined process that supports our workforce needs.

By keeping candidates informed and engaged at every stage, you’ll help them complete all necessary requirements without delay, ensuring they can start booking shifts with ease. Your commitment to a smooth and compliant onboarding experience will directly impact candidate satisfaction and service excellence.

Please note - This role is predominately working from home, but there may be a need for you to come to our offices in Hemel Hempstead occasionally.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience within a recruitment based position
  • Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills
  • Be able to use their own initiative to plan time effectively and prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis

In return for your commitment, we will offer you some fantastic benefits:

  • Generous annual leave allowance - 27 days per year, plus bank holidays
  • A commitment to talent management & development
  • Star of the Month! - Our star of the month award enables you to recognise colleagues or teams that have gone the extra mile and they could win £100 worth of shopping vouchers
  • Pension - We’ll contribute up to 10% towards your pension if you join our stakeholder pension scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Group Income Protection
  • Wellbeing Programme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Employee Engagement & discounts platform
