•Seeking an Implementation Lead with 8+ years of experience in SAAS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and consultants, driving the implementation strategy, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, and achieving high customer satisfaction. The Lead will be responsible for managing project risks, resource allocation, and providing strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
•The ideal candidate must have a strong background in enterprise software, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations. Excellent communication and client interaction skills are a must, along with proficiency in client engagement and managing complex integration projects.
Requirements

• Available to work in US Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)
