About the role
We’re looking for a fast, creative, forward-thinking professional who has a strong background in retention. You’re the right fit for this role if you are comfortable with figuring things out as you go, default to action, and adapt to additional responsibilities. You’ll have a proven record of achieving your goals and the goals of your team. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Partner Success to identify customers who are at risk, and proactively reach out to retain and improve the customer relationship.
What you get to do every day
- Act as the primary interface for Human Interest & Amazon DSP partners; provide ongoing reporting of mutual clients interactions with Customer Ops (CAM/CS/CAST), and incoming support requests.
- Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned partners and customer health.
- Maintain partnership satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any partnership-level issues that arise.
- Liaise with the dedicated account management team, CAST, Customer Support, and the Partnership team to provide a best-in-class partnership experience as a dedicated resource.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and Operations leadership to develop an overall strategy to optimize retention opportunities.
- Manage the cultivation, execution, and delivery of quarterly business reviews to ensure positioning and alignment of Human Interest with Key Partner accounts.
- Provide CAM support, Marketing and education materials and, partnering with product and engineering for feature enhancements
What you bring to the role
- 1+ years experience in working with Amazon DSP accounts under the Account Management space.
- 1+ years of experience working in a Partnership, Sales, and/or business development environment.
- 2+ years of experience with innovative strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services and SAAS products
- Experience in developing and leveraging strategic insights to foster and/or improve business relationships
- Ability to translate complex business problems into easy-to-understand concepts for external stakeholders.Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills using tools such as Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and/or equivalent Microsoft products.
- Experience facilitating meetings, handling external partner escalations, and conducting proactive service outreach
- Experience using a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce) to forecast sales and draw insights from service performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of the Human Interest partner process, demands and needs for continued success
- Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $BLANK - $BLANK and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered.
