Spiro are currently recruiting a Senior Account Manager to join our Corporate Accounts team. The Senior Account Manager will partner with the client in meeting objectives and exceeding client expectations by delivering best-in-class service, providing proactive solutions, quality construction, products and services on-time and on-budget.
Key activities and responsibilities
Manage tactical activities pertaining to clients’ exhibit program and associated projects.
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.
Coordinate activities of GES 3rd party vendors and clients outside agencies.
Working with designers, develop project specifications and obtain estimates.
Prepare detailed project cost proposals and present to clients.
Manage GES and 3rd party production, show service and logistics details prior to the show including coordinating Design, Estimating, Project Management, Transport, I&D and Show Services to ensure budgets, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
Travel to show venue to supervise construction, fulfil client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.

You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, in order to facilitate growth and integration across the business.

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and weekends as required. Must be able to travel overseas as required.
Annual leave
Our holiday entitlement is 30 calendar days (23 working days) per annum plus statutory holidays declared by private sector.

Qualification
5+ years’ experience working within marketing, events and exhibitions industry
3+ year’s accounts management experience
Experience working in an agency environment
Experience working with creative/design teams
Outstanding client facing and negotiation skills
Successful track record of building outstanding client relationships
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
Experienced working with Fortune 500 brands
High level of self-motivation, discretion, diligence, and attention to detail
Highly organised with exceptional administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstance.
