The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Campaigns: Design and execute creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent in marketing and tech.

  • Growth Hacking: Use performance marketing principles to optimize application funnels, track metrics, and iterate campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Process Development: Establish scalable, data-backed systems to source, nurture, and convert candidate leads.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs and refine strategies.

  • Brand Positioning: Leverage the company’s innovative culture to craft compelling recruitment narratives that resonate with target audiences.

  • Experimentation: Continuously test and optimize recruitment channels, messaging, and platforms for performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., application rates, cost-per-hire) and report on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or business development with a focus on talent acquisition.

  • Proven ability to design and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Strong agency and self-starter mindset, comfortable building processes from the ground up.

  • Demonstrated success in high-paced, high-autonomy environments.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
