Job description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. In this role, you will be essential in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and success. Working closely with hiring managers and partnering with the HR team, you will help optimize our recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hiring standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.

- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to identify and engage potential talent.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitating clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Evaluate candidates through phone screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

  • Candidate Experience Management:

- Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process and ensuring clear, timely communication.

- Manage candidate expectations and address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics.


Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successful hires.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Knowledgeable of Manatal is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Experience in an outsourcing company is a plus.

- Experience in Project Management Tool - Click Up.

- Knowleadgeable in using LinkedIN Recruiter
