Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Vietnamese - English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as a Happiness Officer. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional and courteous service through both email and live chat channels. A genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations are essential qualities we are looking for.
