We are in search of a Bilingual Chinese-English Customer Support Agent, referred to as Happiness Officer, who will deliver outstanding and friendly service through our email and live chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a sincere passion for assisting others and can maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in translating our product into Chinese, leveraging provided tools for efficient translation and moderating peer translations regularly.
