Salary: PHP 60,000-70,000

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

Key Duties:

• Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee daily project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and address issues or delays proactively.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand goals and expectations.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with all parties involved.
• Lead meetings to align project teams and address concerns.
• Coordinate and guide team members and provide support as needed.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Track project expenses and stay within budget.
• Make the best use of available resources for efficient execution.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
• Quick learner who can navigate new systems independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Must have lived abroad or worked with an international company, with direct experience collaborating with global colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
