Job description

We're looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join us, based in North America!

As the only Partner Manager in the North American team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for and have influence on building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize revenue potential. Your goal will be to ensure that our partners are well-equipped to represent our brand and achieve their sales targets.

The primary focus of the role is to manage INSTANDA’s existing distribution partners whilst also identifying new partners that can accelerate revenue potential.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy to drive partner sales and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, to ensure that revenue growth and partner engagement and satisfaction metrics/KPIs are achieved.
  • Identify and qualify partner companies whose value propositions will be enhanced by working in partnership with INSTANDA to develop a new revenue pipeline.
  • Leverage existing insurance industry network of senior executives to grow and upsell global partnerships.
  • Delivery on the company and go-to-market departmental goals as it relates to partnerships though an agreed set of growth and value metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective sales and marketing materials for partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that partners may face in the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve partner enablement efforts.
  • Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management, influencing own and partner quarterly and annual sales targets, or business development in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry and/or broader financial services industry, consulting ideally in a sales or partner enablement role where you can demonstrate how you’ve grown revenue through effective partnerships.
  • Leverage existing insurance industry network of senior executives to grow and upsell global partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure partner activity and drive performance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Have a “change agent” attitude, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Pay range: $125,000 - $135,000 USD
