Job Title: Controller
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the companys strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and budgets.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial management and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar financial role, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AppFolio, Monday.com, and GSuite.
