We are looking for a Deputy Chief of Corporate IT (Deputy of CIO).

Your main tasks will be:

  • 1st Line (UserSupport Team) KPI conditions met;
  • 2nd line (Coreadmins Team) KPI conditions met;
  • Create Hot Backup for All On-premise infrastructure in the Cloud (AWS or Azure);
  • ManageEngine Endpoint Central Implementation;
  • NetBox Implementation;
  • Zabbix + Grafana implementation;
  • Create UserSupport and Coreadmins 2025 plans.

We expect from you:

  • Experience in building an IT department from scratch;

  • Experience in building and managing a team of 20 employees or more;

  • Ability to understand and independently find business needs and translate them into tasks for the IT department;

  • Experience migrating or implementing virtual desktops;

  • Experience migrating user documents and business processes from on-premises to the cloud (GWS, Microsoft 365, etc.);

  • Experience of working in companies with a distributed corporate network with branches in several countries;

  • English - upper intermediate; Russian language - fluent;

  • Higher education in IT-technologies.
