Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Sustainable Business Intern for 6 months from March to August 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

The Sustainable Business Intern will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and driving positive change across the organization. The successful candidate will be supporting the implementation of CSRD project and related sustainability data collection and assessment.

Your key missions:

1. Project management and transformation

  • You will collaborate closely with CSRD project manager, supporting the orchestration of transformation phases and workstreams.
  • You will analyze and track the progress, status, and risks.
  • You will craft compelling presentations for stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating complex concepts.
  • You will actively contribute to governance bodies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2.Sustainability disclosure

  • You will source and document benchmark of good practices in terms of sustainability disclosure across competitors and a selection of industries
  • You will provide recommendations of improvement based on benchmark assessment
  • You will support the elaboration of the Group sustainability disclosure
  • You will help prepare ESG element for sustainability ratings

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.
  • You have knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
  • You have good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  
  • You speak English and French.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
