Position Overview: Job Purpose

 

The Client Account Executive role offers development of enterprise selling skills, interaction with C-Level executives and the opportunity to advance in a growing high-tech company headquartered in Atlanta. The Client Account Executive is responsible for expanding Oversight’s offerings within the current customer base by handling all upselling and cross-selling of new products where they are not currently deployed in the customer base. 

 

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience selling complex Enterprise sales cycles from start to finish with a clear record of success
  • Consistent quota achievement in landing new enterprise accounts
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS, with strong understanding of back office financial solutions
  • Background with solutions that are highly transformational to business processes 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities 

 

  • Meet/exceed cross-sell and upsell sales objectives with current Oversight customers.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to identify and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities and strategies
  • Attend webinars conducted by partners, competitors, and thought leaders in our space to stay abreast of the trends, product offerings, and key use cases our clients are being asked to address through   technology.
  • Drive the sales process from the initial interaction through the close of the deal.
  • Effectively and independently deliver the value proposition of new product set being pitched.
  • Work and learn the Oversight sales methodology, follow the process and integrate specific solution messaging.
  • Consistently demonstrate positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication.
  • Track pipeline activity, account volume and progress to manage workflow.
