Mission:

Safeguard the company's sensitive data and ensure the optimal performance of its IT systems by protecting the technological infrastructure from external threats, providing excellent technical support to users, and fostering technological innovation to drive efficiency and business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Achieved a 99% resolution rate for tickets assigned on the "Asana" platform within defined SLA timelines.

  • Integrated zero trust principles across all identified components in Addi Google Workspace with 100% compliance.

    • Deployed and maintained Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.

    • Enforced trusted device policies, deny unauthorized applications, and enable secure LDAP configurations.

    • Strengthen Chrome security settings to align with zero trust principles.

  • Design Single Sign-On (SSO) framework for the network in the next two-three months

    • Upgraded firmware across network devices to ensure compatibility and optimal security.

    • Collaborated with stakeholders to design and deploy a robust SSO system that adheres to zero trust protocols.

  • Reduced execution times for recurring tasks by at least 20% through workflow automation and scripting.

  • Maintained 100% uptime for assigned integrations and resolved 100 % of SIEM alerts within defined SLAs.

  • Harden 100% of devices against defined benchmarks and industry standards within set deadlines.

    • Implemented device hardening practices to reduce vulnerabilities.

    • Benchmark devices to ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity roles. Ideally in Bogotá.

  • Demonstrates a track record in managing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles, including Zero Trust frameworks.

  • Experience implementing and enforcing IT security protocols to protect sensitive and confidential data.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, MDM, LDAP, DLP and scripting languages.

  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.

  • Experience in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). or ISO 27001.

  • Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

  • Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based solutions.

  • Familiarity with network technologies such as VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.

  • Proficiency with IT management tools and software, including ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, ELK).

  • Nice to have: PCI Knowledge
