Key Responsibilities:
● Development and management
● Create, update, and remove user accounts in the company's services.
● Set up and configure computers, smartphones, and other devices for users.
● Management of permissions and access rights to ensure users have appropriate access to resources.
● Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
● Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
● Deploy and manage antivirus and anti-malware solutions.
● Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
● Respond to and manage security incidents, including data breaches and cyberattacks.
● Provide regular reports on IT performance, issues, and security status.
● Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
● Previous experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration is highly valuable.
● Attached word CV is a must
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, and managing IT infrastructure.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain documentation.
● Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with design and development teams as well as managers
● Willingness to stay updated with new technologies, trends, and best practices in IT.
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
● 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
● CompTIA, ITIL or relevant experience is a plus
