The Opportunity

As a Principal Product Manager -Analytics, expect your creative, analytical, and leadership skills to be called upon from day one. You’ll work alongside incredibly talented product managers, designers, and data engineers, collaboratively building world-class customer-facing analytics products that solve our customer’s greatest challenges and transform the way that teams work. 

This is a great opportunity to join a team as a lead PM responsible for the analytics domain for the entire platform that is defining the way companies engage and connect with their employees. 

Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:

Establish the vision for the analytics experience for the entire platform for customers to drive insights and actions from dataDefine and implement frameworks and metrics for us to measure the success of our products and features and for our customers to use to assess their employee experience (EX)Work with a cross-functional team of passionate developers, data engineers, feature product managers, and UX designers through iterative releasesDevelop detailed product requirements for a variety of different customer-facing embedded and self-service analytics productsLead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product features. You’ll own and drive specific projects from start to finishProvide product information for application documentation, training guides, and related materials

  • Set product direction and make decisions based on user feedback, user research, and data insights to deliver a phenomenal product experience for our customers

 

Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
  • 15+ years of tech industry experience, 10+ years of which are within Product Management with SaaS or software solutions in the analytics domain
  • Must have experience with embedded analytics, customer-facing self-service analytics, and bulk data delivery
  • Well-versed in formulating the metrics to use to measure feature adoption and engagement by users in employee experience (EX), customer experience (CX), or marketing analytics
  • Can lead efforts to build and optimize analytics stack that drives insights for customers.  .  
  • Comfortable running Customer-advisory board meetings and customer-facing meetings as the analytics leader of the product management team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
  • Entrepreneurial: Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities, and willing to make calls with limited information. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fluid organization
  • Technical: Comfortable with delving into the product, the platform, and the implementation details. Able to engage with engineers and data scientists beyond just product and user experience needs
  • Metrics-driven: Having an inclination for identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics
  • Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey strategy and rationale for priorities, and tradeoffs at a high level. Engage with engineering and design through detailed technical specifications and/or wireframes.
  • A self-starter: High degree of self-direction and independent drive

 

We’d especially like to hear from you if: 

  • Have experience delivering solutions with embedded and self-service analytics technologies, such as SiSense, Thoughtworks, Looker, etc., for a SaaS company
  • Have experience with Customer Data Platforms (such as Rudderstack, Segment/Twilio, etc)., Product Analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude), UDP, Semantic Layer, and Data Catalog, as components in the data ecosystem
  • Have experience building solutions that run on Snowflake, utilize ETL tools, and deliver insights through embedded analytics, and self-service custom dashboard analytics.

  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
