Our Account Managers work closely with our existing customers to build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure increased adoption, quick value realization and long-term delight for each customer's journey. Account Managers will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling our existing and new solutions to their managed accounts and will be compensated accordingly based on these results.

Role overview

As a Customer Success Account Manager at CAST AI, you are an entrepreneurial, independent and enterprise-style professional who is experienced in selling and managing customers in the cloud SaaS space, specifically in the following or adjacent industries: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security and DevOps tools.

As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for growth-oriented Account Managers to join the team and maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for CAST AI and our customers, with main responsibilities being:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention.

  • Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth.

  • Onboarding and Training: work closely with our technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they fully understand and adopt the company’s products within a well-defined and closely managed onboarding process.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor customer usage, health and risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address potential issues.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners and more stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and success of your accounts.


Requirements
  • Fluent German speaker

  • Proven experience in customer account management including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive

  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs.

  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
