Job description

Job Summary: 
The Finance & Accounting Program Management Director drives alignment, clarity, efficiency, process, and accountability across the CFO organization. This role plays a crucial role within the Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis. As an individual contributor, you will focus on project management, ensuring the execution of important finance projects, optimizing financial processes, and aligning priorities across Included Health.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and lead broad prioritization of finance and accounting organization projects. 
  • Lead projects, ensuring agreement on overall goals and timelines.
  • Oversee the FP&A project portfolio, ensuring all projects are scoped, resourced, and executed according to plan.
  • Assess and select appropriate tools for us that promote automation and streamlining of tasks and reporting.
  • Drive efficiencies by reviewing process workflows, implementing and implementing process improvements.
  • Lead any special projects that span multiple teams across Finance and Accounting, and other teams across the organization (i.e. annual budgeting, staffing forecasting, contracting lifecycle management, etc.)

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5+ years in a project management or operations-focused role.
  • Experience moving projects from brainstorming into defined requirements into execution and communications is critical
  • Experience building business cases, supporting thesis with numerical and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience operating in a healthcare or digital healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences.
  • Strong technical and market knowledge across healthcare.

  • Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.

  • Pay:
    The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

    Zone A: $149,450-211,100 + equity + benefits  
    Zone B: $171,868-242,765 + equity + benefits  
    Zone C: $ 186,813-263,875 + equity + benefits  
    Zone D: $ 194,285-274,430+ equity + benefits

    Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
