Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday

Scope:

  • Manage all administrative tasks for a band performing 70+ events annually

  • Handle communication with clients, venues, and team members via email and WhatsApp

  • Coordinate logistics for events across various locations

  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

  • Contribute to the band’s social media presence and audience growth

  • Assist in preparing for business expansion, including potential ticketed events

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the band’s diary using Studio Ninja CRM

  • Coordinate musicians’ availability for events

  • Handle email inquiries and bookings

  • Process deposits and final balance payments

  • Arrange logistics including van hire, sound systems, and hotel bookings

  • Administer post-gig payments to musicians

  • Engage in social media management and audience interaction

  • Compile lists of potential performance venues and festivals

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Create content using tools like Canva for promotional materials



Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Studio Ninja

  • Experience with social media management and engagement

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge

  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
