The sales team at Alpha Co. Marketing & Media is made up of passionate individuals who love teaching others and explaining the benefits of bilingual marketing online. Crucial to the growth of Alpha Co. the team regularly collaborates to improve their process, generates leads to help the company grow, and builds excitement in the marketplace. We are looking for outgoing problem solvers who love getting to yes!

Your Role

We are hiring for our inside sales team and are looking for a remote position. More details to follow however the goal of this position is to reach out to prospective clients and convey our value proposition and encourage them to learn more. This person should be highly self-motivated, resilient, a good communicator, and bilingual (English & Spanish).

What You Can Expect

 

First 21 days:

● You’ll learn everything Alpha Co. You’ll work directly with your team lead and other department heads to learn how we help our clients and our team claim ownership of their dreams

● You will receive full training on inside sales, best practices, and how to get to yes

● You’ll become intimately familiar with our tech stack: Salesforce, OpenPhone, Hubstaff, and the Google Suite.

● You’ll make your first outbound calls and hopefully set your first meeting

● By the end of the first three weeks you should be intimately familiar with your role and well on your way to becoming an expert.

 

Days 21-60:

● You’ll start to become an expert in the role. You’ll be intimately familiar with the product, the team, the culture, and the pitch

● You’ll start generating leads on your own without supervision from your Sales Manager

● You’ll start making the role your own by learning what works for you and how to help others succeed

 

Day 60 and onward:

● You’ll be an expert on bilingual digital marketing

● You’ll begin taking with you’ve learned and sharing it with the broader team

● You should be generating consistent prospects engagements and regularly getting to Yes!

● You’ll begin providing feedback to the leadership team on best practices and how we can improve our team

● You should be a leader at the company. The team will start coming to you for feedback and help.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You’re someone who is looking to jumpstart their career without ever leaving the house. You value flexibility but are dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated. You like working in a competitive, collaborative environment and you love a good challenge. You either have past English-speaking customer-facing experience or possess excellent bilingual skills and a go-get-it attitude. Our team is made up of individuals who value success but never at the expense of first helping others.

Working Hours

Flexible up to 35 hours a week. No less than an average of 20.

We ask our team members to be available for U.S. working hours: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM Argentina time.

 

What We Expect

● Reaching out to target prospects via email and phone

● Responding to inbound emails and phone calls

● Scheduling interested prospects for a meeting with an outside sales representative ● Honing the messaging to increase conversion rates

● Helping to close qualified leads

● Providing key feedback on consumer behavior and correct points of contact ● Maintaining a book of business

● Following up with interested parties.

● Staying in touch with and on top of cold-warm prospects to generate further interests

 

Requirements

● Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Spanish)

● Excellent organizational skills

● Must be self-motivated

● Some sales experience is a plus (if not, you'll be trained.)

● Some experience with client-facing communication

● Preferred availability during commercial days and hours in the United States

● High-quality wifi connection.
