Job Description

We are partnering with several customers in various industries, providing bespoke talent solutions, and are keen to speak to individuals within the talent industry or external to it and who are interested in pursuing a career in talent acquisition (TA). Whether you have experience in end-to-end TA, strategic sourcing or TA process review and redesign, we would like to connect and understand the value you can bring to HTS and our customers and in return offer a an extraordinary career opportunity. We are looking for our very own talent for Australia’s tomorrow.

Qualifications

A career with Harrier is an invigorating one, you can commence with customer “A” providing strategic talent attraction and sourcing and then move into customer “B” and provide end to end TA for a defined project scope and hiring objectives. You could join customer “A” and decide that you would like to follow the traditional career progression path and move into more senior TA positions as they become available within our evolving structures, developing deep knowledge and expertise in the customer environment that you are working in and becoming a true business partner.
