AUTODOC pursues a strong customer focus on social media, through technical support in the respective national language and a demand-oriented product range currently comprising almost 2.5 million items from 545 brand manufacturers for 128 car brands.

To develop our products, take part in new products design, that will be a part of an internal data platform.

Job Description

Improving communication in emails and push with our clients
You will create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries
You will set tasks for designers and copywriters
You will deep dive to the segmentation process in our team
You will analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics
You will do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation
Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project

Qualifications:

2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle
Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters
Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications
Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't
Working with drag-n-drop email builders
Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.
Ability to analyze work and find the best solution
Creativity combined with analytical thinking
