The Role:

The Launch Project Manager is responsible for managing the sustaining efforts of packaging in Logitech for Business products. In this role you will lead project teams and manufacturing partners to meet ongoing changes to requirements and products. You will also support other Launch Project Managers on New Product Development projects in preparation for their post-mass production sustaining activities.

  • Lead project teams in the sustaining of Logitech for Business package configuration, package structural design, and graphic design.

  • Collaborate with internal functional teams and external manufacturing partners to determine the scope of any requirement changes and establish a plan that is considerate of schedule, cost, and experience.

  • Prepare project status reports and milestone documents for communication and approval.

  • Drive decision making with project stakeholders to ensure the project progresses.

  • Control of important documents and BOMs through Logitech PLM software and coordinate ECOs across contributing groups.

                                                                                                                                                                       

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Good knowledge in the package development process flow from concept till mass production

  • Experience in formulating, executing and monitoring project plans

  • Experience working cross functionally with different engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams

  • A good team player with strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

  • Careful attention to details and checking changes and that requirements are met

  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin

  • Experience in consumer electronics industry

  • Willing to travel

  • In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

    • Experience in the package structure or graphic design

    • 3 years+ working experience

    • PMP qualification

    • Exposure in multi-cultural international company
