As an Account Manager at Zype, you will build durable relationships with key customers, serving as their trusted advisor. You will be the customer's advocate, helping them achieve their business outcomes while driving product adoption and account growth. Success in this role will be measured through positive NPS, Net Retention Revenue, and Recurring Revenue Identification and Growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer implementations, business stakeholders, and business needs.
  • Build trusted, business advisor relationships with customers and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Establish clear retention goals and progress milestones for customers.
  • Coordinate and attend business reviews and customer visits (virtually or in person).
  • Interpret customer requests and advocate across functional areas (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support).
  • Build strong cross-functional working relationships internally.
  • Develop and contribute educational content for customers and internal teams.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and partner with Sales to recommend expansions and additional products

Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong computer skills with all operating systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and G-Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the online video and media space.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
