Whom do We Need?
We are looking for a strategic thinker and experienced digital customer experience consultant with
expertise in Medallia DXA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project
management, stakeholder relationship management, and digital experience analytics, especially
within healthcare. They should be skilled at managing multi-level client relationships, optimizing
customer experience programs, and working in EST time zones.
Roles & Responsibilities
§ Design and plan and strategic program roadmaps collaborating with different stakeholders
that drive optimum value and are rooted in a deep understanding of stakeholders’ business
goals, including driving existing program optimisation and value additions on Medallia
Experience Cloud.
§ Own and manage multi-level client stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional
Touchpoints.
§ Consult with stakeholders on best practices in digital customer experience management for
Healthcare.
§ Leverage the DXA to your different stakeholders’ needs and drive insights
Qualification
§ Should be expert of Medallia DXA setup
§ Should know various client use cases and how to setup DXA to get best insights
§ Atleast 5 years of experience with agile project management methodologies and technical
project management.
Digital Health Solutions
§ Atleast 5 years of experience working with DXA or similar tools like Hotjar, Content Square,
Glassbox, Fullstory, etc.
§ Atleast 5 years of experience with client and stakeholder relationship management.
§ Able to work in the EST time zone (2 PM - 11 PM IST).
