The Opportunity

Ready to be the backbone of exceptional client experience at a leading B2B SaaS marketing agency? We're seeking a Client Experience Operations Assistant who will orchestrate memorable moments for our clients and team members while supporting our VP of Operations.

Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Operations, you will:

Financial Leadership

Executing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Create and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department leads.
Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

Compliance and Taxation

Ensure compliance local tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors to manage annual audits and prepare required documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and industry best practices.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement system improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.
Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting software or tools as needed.

Required Experience

CPA designation preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
Experience in SaaS or professional services industries preferred.
Remote work experience and familiarity with project management tools are a plus.
