The Vice President, APAC Channel Partners, will serve as the leader for the APAC Channel Partner team and represent Saviynt with key partner/alliance relationships across the region. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all partner programs and initiatives, ensuring short- and long-term expansion while setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals. The role will also focus on identifying and pursuing new partner opportunities in alignment with Saviynt’s Executive Leadership Team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Lead APAC Partner Strategy: Direct responsibility for leading the Partner organization to drive growth with identified top-tier partner alliances across the APAC region. This includes nurturing and developing new alliance partners into Saviynt's core network.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Assess and enhance engagement processes, methodologies, structure, and discipline. Develop and execute short- and long-term partner plans, including strategies, programs, goals, quotas, tracking mechanisms, and analytics to build a highly metric-driven and predictable team.
  • Optimize for Growth: Propose and implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure required to achieve ambitious growth goals, including scaling the organization towards +$200m ARR.
  • Regional Team Management: Manage a team across APAC geographies, including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning, and training.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Executive Leaders, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product Organizations to create a strong and collaborative partnership that ensures success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution within APAC.

  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of Enterprise Sales experience with a compelling and verifiable track record of success in managing and building/scaling a critical partner organization. Prior experience as SVP, GM, or VP for a high-growth enterprise SaaS software company, with a strong understanding of the APAC market landscape.
  • Analytical Expertise: Highly instrumented and data-driven executive with a focus on metrics and analytics across multiple verticals.
  • Process-Driven Leadership: Proven ability to implement quantitative approaches to partner sales and apply business insights to drive growth.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: A dynamic executive with the ability to develop innovative, region-specific strategies and execute them tactically. Strong leadership and motivational skills with a proven history of building high-performing sales teams with repeatable methodologies.
  • Connector & Leader: Ability to serve in a hands-on capacity for projects while acting as the bridge between the Revenue Organization, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities tailored to APAC's diverse markets.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across APAC and internationally as needed.
