Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Identity Management Specialist who is an expert in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, configuring Identity Authentication Services (IAS), and managing Identity Provider (IDP) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing user authentication mechanisms across the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring seamless integration with both on-premises and cloud-based identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
● Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors SSO setup and configuration.
● Proven experience with Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Providers (IDP).
● In-depth understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
● Experience with cloud-based identity management systems and their integration with on-premise systems.
● Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices related to identity management.
● Familiarity with SAP Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for managing user access and synchronization.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SSO and authentication issues.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:
● SAP Certifications in Identity and Access Management or related fields.
● Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA).
● Familiarity with Federated Identity Management (FIM) and other advanced authentication strategies.
