  • Produce and distribute educational and thought leadership content showcasing FRU’s solutions and impact, tailored to association members' needs. Deliver at least four custom assets per quarter.
  • Design and lead four coordinated campaigns per quarter in collaboration with association partners, focusing on demand generation, lead acquisition, and member engagement.
  • Drive key campaigns through association channels, ensuring optimal reach and alignment with nonprofit audiences.
  • Provide actionable insights from association partnerships to guide campaign themes, audience targeting, and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with sales and partner teams to identify bottom-of-funnel opportunities from association members, driving meetings, referrals, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage co-marketing opportunities, including conference sponsorships, webinars, and other collaborative events with association partners, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to create educational content and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and leads within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate, grow, and manage strategic partnerships with associations and stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to optimize marketing efforts and guide sales and pipeline growth strategies.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align on objectives and implement partnership-driven opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of nonprofit organizations, particularly in North America, to craft relevant and impactful campaigns.

Benefits
