Job description

Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

Come Do The Best Work Of Your Life At Boulevard

For self-care businesses of all sizes, transforming commercial data into actionable insights unlocks growth and success. It empowers owners to make smarter decisions, optimize operations, and drive revenue by understanding what’s working and where to improve. It’s also critical to bringing financial clarity and staying compliant with taxes and regulations. By simplifying how businesses track and report—from sales and offerings to client details and staff performance—and providing the right tools—from data visualization to advanced data access through robust set of APIs—we can help owners spend less time managing complex data and more time on what matters most: delivering exceptional client experiences and reaching their goals.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Commerce & Data, you’ll be a critical voice and key player in our mission to simplify the complex and bring clarity to our customers. With your data and accounting expertise in tow, you'll develop go-to-market strategies that bridge the gap between innovative product features and the real-world needs of our customers. You’ll own positioning, messaging, enablement and adoption for our commerce and reporting solutions, ensuring they resonate with self-care businesses ranging from single-location salons to enterprise medspas.

Your role will involve collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to translate technical details into compelling benefits, while also partnering with sales and customer success to empower teams with the knowledge and tools to showcase our value. Through your leadership, you’ll help customers harness the full potential of Boulevard’s platform, making their data work for them and driving their growth with confidence.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Advocate for the Customer & Influence Product Development: Act as the voice of the customer in product development by gathering and integrating customer feedback to guide product decisions. Provide strategic input during roadmap planning to ensure alignment with customer needs, and prioritize initiatives that create long-term value. Ensure customer insights drive all GTM strategies, from content creation to sales enablement.
  • Conduct Customer & Competitive Research: Lead in-depth customer and competitive research to identify emerging market trends, pain points, and opportunities. Use these insights to refine product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies, ensuring Boulevard maintains a competitive edge and aligns with customer expectations.
  • Drive Adoption Across the Customer Lifecycle: Take ownership of adoption strategies, focusing on successful product launches and driving ongoing customer engagement and retention. Develop and implement tactics to ensure adoption beyond the initial launch, collaborating closely with GTM teams (Lifecycle, Sales, Onboarding, Support, Success) to provide the tools and support necessary to close deals and expand accounts.
  • Enable GTM Teams & Create High-Impact Content: Equip sales & success teams with effective enablement tools such as product collateral, competitive battle cards, and training materials to communicate product value. Drive the creation of marketing content, including webpages, product videos, success stories, webinars, and campaigns, to support customer activation, engagement, retention, and expansion in alignment with the GTM strategy.
  • Operate with Autonomy & Drive Results: Take full ownership of the GTM process, from strategy development to campaign execution. Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance across channels and customer touchpoints, driving measurable results independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Thrive:

  • You have a minimum of 6+ years of product marketing experience within B2B tech or vertical SaaS. You have domain expertise in financial systems or accounting software, ideally from a former life as a CPA or CFA
  • You can speak GAAP and can translate accounting concepts to non-accountants, both internally as well as to customers
  • You understand the product go-to-market lifecycle and adoption strategies
  • You have excellent analytical thinking skills and excitement for digging into numbers
  • You can think outside the box and use simple ways to explain complex functionality through verbal and written communication
  • You are endlessly curious about customers and their needs
  • You have a data-driven mindset and can help shape an understanding of product utilization
  • You bring strong attention to detail and an innate pull towards delivering excellence
  • You can manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistent output and meeting timelines

How we’ll take care of you:

Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $140,140 and $200,200 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.

In addition to the wonderful people you’ll get to work with and challenging projects that’ll push you - Boulevard is here to make sure you’re always at the top of your game emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  • ✨ We’ve got you covered with a 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.

  • 🏝 Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.

  • 🖥 Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work. You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month.

  • 💚 Family planning resources and specialized support programs.

  • 🔮 Equity: get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard.

  • 💅 Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve.
