Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to create and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adjust to evolving strategies, tools, and feedback to stay ahead in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner with AEs to develop strategies for penetrating key target accounts and delivering qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively maintain and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, keeping prospects engaged and moving toward conversion.
  • Creative Prospecting: Use innovative and unconventional tactics to reach decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Self-Motivation: Drive your own success by setting and achieving ambitious activity and results goals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Accurately log activities in our CRM (HubSpot or similar) to keep track of outreach, pipeline health, and progress.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, our product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate Trustmi’s value to prospects.
  • Be available to travel and support marketing events throughout the country as needed.
  • Some on-site travel as needed for team/ company events. Company HQ office located NYC.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in an early-stage or fast-growth company.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of generating results and thinking creatively to solve problems.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement software.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for working in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
