About the Role

As the Strategic Finance Associate, you will play a key part in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Develop and maintain financial models across the business
  • Analyze real-time financial data and business metrics and present findings to our CFO
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis 
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process with our CFO and accounting team
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support decision-making, as needed
  • Partner with our Capital Team to support our structured finance strategy and reporting for our asset financing facility
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    • Required
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in finance/accounting/economics or another STEM-focused field
  • Strong financial modeling background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
