The Strategic Analyst supports a Strategic Consultant in the completion of RSS and multi-disciplinary consulting projects for InsurTechs, Start-Ups, Agencies, etc. 
 
The Strategic Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data and generating insights that support strategic decision-making processes. The Strategic Analyst will work closely with Strategic Consultants to develop insurance products that allow clients to successfully and profitably drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide reports and presentations on research findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Product Design, Licensing, and OTC, etc., to gather information and support RSS projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical methodologies and deliver value to the organization.
  • Performing tech reviews of formulas/data entry
