The Strategy Management Office (SMO) collaborates on SoftServe's strategy and long-term goals with company management. We partner with the senior leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives, empowering change in our business.

IF YOU ARE

Having at least 7 years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm, or strong experience in corporate strategy or a transformation role, with a demonstrated record of managing high-stakes projects
Skilled in turning strategic ideas into reality, with the flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementation
Experienced in working with senior stakeholders, including CEO and C-suite executives
Excellent in communication with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels, demonstrating a high level of maturity
Strong in problem-solving, capable of structuring and independently navigating complex tasks

AND YOU WANT TO

Collaborate with stakeholders to align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategy
Conduct rigorous data-driven problem analysis, explore innovative solutions, and create structured plans to drive sustainable growth and efficiency across the company
Participate in investment committee activities to ensure alignment between the corporate investment portfolio and the company’s strategic goals
Have significant exposure to SoftServe Management and the Board, working directly with C-1 or C-2 level executives on strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
Work alongside SoftServe Management on the company’s strategy and long-term vision
Lead transformative projects that influence processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals
Implement a project-based working mode for the team
