Job Title: Part-time Project Manager (100% Remote)
Job Description
Lead project teams and subteams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manage projects in accordance with established program management methodologies. Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manage and monitor project or program schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust, and update project plans as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support to regional commercialization leads who are leading each workstream for the partnership (AP = Merch; Japan = Beverage, Food).
- Maintain and manage timelines; create and update global timelines that work for all regions.
- Ensure decision-making alignment and milestones are being met.
- Reinforce global ways of work by acting as air traffic control to connect all necessary dots across regions and workstreams.
- Schedule cross-regional meetings; manage meetings and capture recap notes.
- Provide cadenced workstream summaries.
- Solicit and consolidate regional input and provide global guidance on product specifications and toolkits.
- Lead coordination with Legal/IP teams for merchandise reviews.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00
