About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. • Closely monitor and document our hardware manufacturing orders and inventory to map out cash flow implications and make this translatable to the financials for month-end close.
    • Track shipments and installations of hardware at client sites on a weekly basis to understand the monthly cost of goods sold.
    • Working with accounting on expense categories, ensuring expenses are categorized appropriately and taking ownership to discuss new categories that should be created to have higher fidelity financials.
  • Uphold and Maintain Compliance Practices: Work closely on audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related matters to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Keep detailed records of invoices, receipts, and communications to support audits and financial reporting.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables: Take care of billing, monitor unpaid bills, and follow up to collect payments promptly, all while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success to scope timing of invoices.
    • Work with sales and customer success to identify client AP stakeholders and cultivate those relationships to create a more streamlined AR process.
    • Support the transition from traditional check payments to ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely and accurate disbursements in alignment with company policies.
    • Regularly reconcile AR and AP accounts, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain accurate financial records.

About you

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
