Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative / Manager for the EMEA region. Drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market. Be a key player in expanding our reach and exceeding sales targets. If you're passionate about sales and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Your Tasks
  • Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational task, organization, planning & implementation of strategies. 
  • Create presentations, reports and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings
  • Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support at lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments
  • Support the global sales team preparing, processing and following up opportunities and orders 
  • Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows
Your Profile
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships 
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
