We are looking for a Finnish & Swedish speaking Customer Support Specialist who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Finnish & Swedish speaking Customer Support Consultant:

As a Finnish-speaking customer service representative at Tietoevry Banking, you will work independently handling incoming calls and providing high-quality service to customers. The majority of your tasks will involve financial services and supporting the bank's end customers, such as card blocking and more. Your work will be carried out in Finnish as well as Swedish and English.

This position offers you the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of 9 individuals where good collaboration and a pleasant work environment are highly valued. We are staffed around the clock, which means that shifts may occur during daytime, evenings, nighttime, and weekends/holidays


 

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment - hourly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, primarily individuals but also stores and bank personnel, and assist them with their inquiries.

  • Make follow-up calls on submitted cases.

  • Register all incoming cases in various systems.

  • Resolve incoming cases based on the situation.

  • Provide top-level service and customer interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer's situation.

  • Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.

Who we are looking for:

  • Speaks and writes Finnish, Swedish, and English fluently.

  • Has previous experience in a customer service role where you interacted with individuals, via phone, in-store, restaurant, etc.

  • Has a high school diploma.

  • Is service-minded.

  • Has good computer skills.

You should be responsible and structured in your work approach and capable of providing professional customer interaction in all situations. Additionally, you should be meticulous in your work to always ensure the highest quality of service to the customer. There may also be periods of higher workload, so we expect you to handle stressful situations and communicate easily with colleagues. We place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities.
