We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our schools customer team to provide first-class service and support across our entire product suite. 
  
What you will be doing…
You’ll be working as part of our team resolving our customers product queries over email, phone and chat.

  • As 1st point of contact, facilitate a speedy and efficient resolution of customer queries
  • Develop exceptional product knowledge across all our products
  • Identify trends in customer queries and be proactive in addressing issues
  • Share product knowledge with the global team
  • Contribute to the maintenance and growth of knowledge base documents
  • implementation of user experience methodologies, improving the design process and procedures.

 
You will have...

  • 2 years + experience in a customer support or service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Good technical aptitude
