Salary:

  • €1227 per month (gross)
  • OR €1040 per month with accommodation (own room in a shared apartment)

Our client, one of the leading game development companies in the world, is looking for Russian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their remote team based in Portugal. The position offers the opportunity to work from home and assist Russian-speaking gamers with various inquiries, providing support through email and chat.

If you're passionate about PC or console gaming and have experience in customer service, this role will allow you to combine your love of gaming with a professional customer support career.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level Russian and fluency in English (oral and written) are essential.
  • Citizenship or Residency: Candidates must have an EU passport or Portuguese Residence Card.
  • Location: Must reside within mainland Portugal OR being willing to move there.
  • Interest in Gaming: Candidates should have a passion for PC or console gaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service via email and chat in Russian, occasionally in English.
  • Account Support: Assist with account and payment inquiries, including login and registration issues.
  • Account Security: Help restore hacked accounts and manage modifications to emails, phone numbers, and account details.
  • Game Services: Address questions about rewards programs, tokens, prepaid game cards, and other in-game services.
  • Payment Assistance: Handle payment-related issues, process refunds, and manage any financial inquiries.
  • Data Management: Ensure professional handling of sensitive customer data.
