Senior Product Operations Manager

Position Summary 

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and loves working across diverse teams. This role must collaborate both within the Product & Design team and across the organization in order to successfully advocate for improving existing processes and programs, as well as managing cross-functional operational efforts and ensuring open communication flow across the company. Responsibilities will include proactively identifying areas for improvement, building new initiatives. The successful candidate has a passion for driving continuous improvement, ensuring broad collaboration and information sharing, and thrives in a team first, customer obsessed culture.

You will own critical company-wide initiatives such as our roadmapping process, product release programs, and company-wide communications.  You will work hand in hand with our executive leadership, engineers, designers, and other key cross-functional partners and stakeholders to deliver impactful advances in the product that drive key business results. 

Mission of the Product Management Team at HackerOne

The HackerOne Product Team executes the product vision and strategy to unlock the power of human intelligence and talent to create a more secure internet.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, proposes, and partners on strategic Product programs; works across the company to drive adoption and orchestration of various workstreams

  • Ensure cross-company communication and alignment within the team and across all departments

  • Orchestrate design processes to help create product experiences that users love

  • Designs structure for department or company-wide presentations and take lead on agenda and cadence for any content prep meetings

  • Monitor & analyze trends to provide the key insights that drive the performance of the team

  • Partner with EPD & Data Science teams to develop a feature tracking process that scales with product development

  • Actively engage with Marketing, Customer, and Hacker Success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption

  • Closely align with Engineering and Marketing leadership on Product wide initiatives

  • Executes on the culture of a data driven organization, embrace the mindset of product iteration through analytical experiments and calculated risks

  • Embraces diversity of team and ideas and is an active driver of positive culture

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Product Operations or Program Management at a fast-growing software company

  • Track record of success delivering processes and frameworks that drive business results

  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, including communication with senior executives

  • Experience working with Agile Software methodology

  • Strong history working with product development and marketing teams (references will be requested)

  • Able to support teams in both North American and European time zones

  • Prior experience and success leading cross-functional teams remotely, occasional travel required

  • Work remotely in the US
