Position Overview:

The Director of Technology Alliances will be a key leader responsible for defining, managing, and executing Cyberhaven’s strategy in partnering with other technology companies. This role will focus on fostering strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners that will result in significant GTM lift for our Sales, Marketing and Product teams. Technology Alliances are greenfield for Cyberhaven, so this is a prime opportunity to develop this ecosystem from scratch, and make a major impact on the business.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliance strategy that aligns with company objectives, drives revenue growth, and enhances market penetration.

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key partners, including technology platforms, cloud marketplaces, and other strategic alliances.

  • Foster executive-level engagement with partners to secure alignment on collaborative goals and create high-value joint initiatives.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, leveraging partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.

  • Develop and negotiate business terms with partners to ensure mutual success

  • Work with Marketing teams to drive demand through joint programs, events, and campaigns, while enabling partners with technical training and support.

  • Partner with internal teams, including Engineering and Product, to co-innovate and enhance product offerings.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in key technologies, such as AI/ML applications, cloud platforms, and data privacy, to influence internal roadmaps and external strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Track Record: Proven success in building and managing complex partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes, including go-to-market strategies and revenue growth. Technology Alliance partners are the top focus.

  • Industry: Enterprise software generally. Experience in security, data, AI/ML, cloud platforms, or data privacy is a plus.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data-driven technologies. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate high-impact deals, and inspire a high-performing team of partnership professionals.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
